Usually, it is 50kgs for each products If it is most popular size in your market, the MOQ can be negotiated.

Is there a charge for the sample ?
Yes. The standard product samples are free, If each of them total is less than 0.5kgs. But you should pay for the freight. If you can’t pay for the freight of the samples, we can take the sample testing video for your reference. Or video inspection online is acceptable for us.

How to solve product quality problems when happen?
If it’s a product quality problem of our company, we can communicate by email or webcam discussion to solve it. If it can’t be solved, we will replace the them for free. If it is the quality accident caused by the customer’s personel illegal operation, we are not responsible.

How long is time limit for solving product problem?
If conditions permit, we normally within 24 hours. If not,the duration to solve the problem will depend on the difficulty of the actual problem and we normally provide solutions within 48 hours.

The company stipulates that the quotation of the same day shall be processed on the same day, including price, material, weight and volume, no more than two days at most.

The samples can be shipped in a week. The normal production of products generally takes 30-45 days, except for special materials and customization. It can be shipped within 7-10 days if in stock.
